Our business structure is built on client service teams each having responsibility for all aspects of client service delivery. Each client group leader oversees the business for a particular client group, working closely with their team of directors and property managers. Our human resources, IT and accounting departments support each group offering a full service solution to third party real estate management. Whether it's operations, leasing, financial reporting or accounting, this comprehensive approach ensures efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail.

Geoffrey J. Harrison
Senior Vice President, Business Development Property Management Services

Geoff directs his energies toward developing new business and enhancing current client relationships. In 2006, he led a management buy-out of the former O&Y Enterprise and rebranded it to Arcturus Realty Corporation. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions with a number of Canada's top development and management companies and gained valuable experience in all disciplines of the real estate sector.  Geoff's counsel is a desired commodity for those seeking advice on management of their real estate assets. Geoff is an active member in a number of real estate industry organizations including BOMA Toronto where he serves as a director.

Laurel Arnott
Senior Vice President, Client Services

Laurel is responsible for effectively overseeing the management of a multi-million square foot national portfolio on behalf of our largest retail client as well as other clients’ portfolios located throughout eastern Canada.  Her focus is to provide strategic counsel, maintain effective relations and ensure overall service excellence. Laurel's 28 years in the real estate industry include management responsibilities with several high profile national real estate owners and development companies. She is a member of many industry associations, including ICSC and Toronto CREW and she holds an RPA designation. Laurel's extensive experience in property administration, management and marketing serves her well in leading the team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations of these portfolios.

Robert Last
Senior Vice President, Client Services

Robert has overall accountability for the execution and delivery of real estate services to our western Canada and Ontario clients. As well, he is responsible for national programs including procurement, health & safety and technical operations. With over 20 years of progressive property management experience, Robert has extensive expertise in operations, construction and project management in mixed-use portfolio management. He has achieved accreditation of multiple designations within the industry including the RPA, SMA, Advanced Project Management and credited courses in Financial Analysis and Investment at the University of Toronto.

Danielle Lavoie
Vice President, Client Services

Danielle is responsible for the service delivery of Arcturus' management portfolio throughout Québec. Her commitment to ensuring operational efficiencies and best practices results in achieving strong financial performance and maximizing value for our clients' assets. Danielle is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a CMA designation as well as a real estate broker license. She brings over 15 years of industry experience in all aspects of property management with major real estate owners. An active member of BOMA, ICSC and UDI Québec, she is Past President of CREW Montréal.

Catherine McKenna
Broker of Record and
Vice President, National Leasing

Catherine is responsible for overseeing the company's leasing across Canada. Her focus is on providing strategic direction for the leasing group, ensuring consistently high occupancy levels are achieved, attracting the right tenants to meet the market's needs while maximizing the value of our clients' properties. Her 25 years of experience in real estate leasing has included enclosed and strip shopping centres, high-end specialty and street front retail, and office premises. Catherine is licensed under RECO and holds the position of Broker of Record for Ontario for Arcturus Realty. Additionally, she holds the position of Broker for Nova Scotia. Her diverse background in leasing gives her a wide perspective of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of tenants' and landlords' business needs.

Christine Cowan
National Director, Human Resources

Christine is responsible for leading the human resources function for the company. Her focus is to ensure that Arcturus recruits, develops, and retains the best and brightest in the real estate industry to serve the needs of our clients. She brings over 30 years of human resources experience in a variety of senior positions with large publicly held companies in the real estate sector. As a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Christine has a strong background in employee and labour relations, training and development, change management, benefits and compensation, retention, succession planning and corporate governance and fosters a high performance culture at Arcturus.
